UMKHATHI THEATRE WORKS are drama and dance troupe, active in theatre and African Traditional dancing. Their aim is to educate and entertain people of all ages through the Arts, at the same time reviving the riches of African culture and traditions. Their plays are written in three major languages: -Shona, Ndebele and English. Umkhathi was established in 1997, To date Umkhathi has grown to be one of the best performing troupes in Zimbabwe and have toured in many neighboring countries.
