The London Adventist Chorale The London Adventist Chorale was formed in 198I to present quality music with a diverse repertoire to a broad audience. Receiving the prestigious title Sainsbury Choir of Year l994- l995, took their ministry to new heights under the leadership of Ken Burton, Principal Conductor, Since this accolade, the Chorale has taken it's own brand of spirituals, classical masterpieces, traditional hymn arrangements and contemporary gospel music to wider audiences in many famous auditoriums such as the Royal Festival Hall, Royal Albert Hall (Proms), Barbican, St Martins in the Fields, St johns smith square, Sorbonne (Paris) and Sydney opera House. LAC are also frequently featured in national and international radio and television broadcasts for companies including; BBC, ITV, channel 4 and have also recorded on major labels such as EMI Classics. 2002 will see the release of their 3rd Album. In addition to the many concerts they have given in the United Kingdom, the chorale has also toured Australia, Canada, Eire, trance, Holland, Spain, USA, Turkey, and Zimbabwe. Recent performances have Included Commonwealth Day at Westminster Abbey, and the Arts & Business Awards at the Olivier Theatre. One of the highlights in the 2002-2003 season includes their appearance in the Queen's Golden Jubilee concert at Buckingham Palace.
