Camina band members are 8 musicians who have come together to make a new sound in Latin music. The aim of the group is to make traditional Cuban salsa music with a difference, by incorporating international influences as well as Latin Jazz and other Latin American rhythms. Performances including: Festivals, Royal Albert Hall, Ronnie Scotts, Jazz Cafe, Barbican Centre, tour of Ireland, and have made several TV appearances. The musical richness of the band comes from the professionalism of its members, most of the members are classicaliy trained and have many years experience working in the most successful UK 'Orquestas' and groups: Raices Cubanas, Bombele, Sexteto Cafe, Charanga Rivera, Casa Latina Ail Stars, Picante, as well as supporting internationally renouned musicians such as Ruben Gonzaiez and Celie Cruz.
